Our self-pay prices and packages are designed to be flexible and patient-centered. We offer single-session options and multi-visit plans to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes. Your provider will work with you to determine the best combination and frequency of services based on your individual health goals.
Insurance Verification
Our providers are in-network with many plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna (Acupuncture only), and Medicare (Chiropractic only). We also accept referrals from the VA. While booking your new patient appointment, you will be asked for demographic details and your insurance information. At that time, you can upload a copy of your insurance card for our team can look up your insurance coverage on your behalf and provide a courtesy quote.
