Ausra is a highly experienced and licensed Massage Therapist with 17 years of expertise in the field. A proud graduate of Olympia College in Burr Ridge, Illinois, Ausra has honed her skills to provide exceptional care to her clients.

Ausra has been recognized as the Therapist of the Year, multiple times in both Chicago and Elmhurst, a testament to her dedication and excellence in her profession. She is certified in Integrated Manual Therapy & Orthopedic Massage, further enhancing her ability to address a wide range of client needs.

Her proficiency extends to Sports Massage, and she is a skilled Stretch Provider, making her an excellent choice for athletes seeking to enhance their performance and recovery. Whether you are a marathon runner or a weekend warrior, Ausra has worked with many athletes for muscle conditioning and in both pre- and post-event therapy.

Ausra is also certified in Pre-Natal Massage to support expectant mothers through their pregnancy journey. Her diverse skill set includes Cupping and Kinesio-taping, techniques that complement her therapeutic approach and help her clients achieve optimal wellness. Her dedication to her craft and her clients’ well-being is evident in every session.

When she’s not in the clinic, Ausra enjoys exercising, keeping active, and spending time outdoors surrounded by nature. She cherishes moments with her family, friends, and her beloved dog, Sonny.

Dr. Kristin Wodka earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL. She also holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology, allowing her to better understand the mind-body connection, as she has experienced herself in her own journey through Chiropractic and complimentary medicine.

Dr. Wodka is certified in Webster Technique for prenatal chiropractic care, and has advanced training through the Motion Palpation Institute, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) techniques, as well as spending several years before graduating chiropractic school as a Licensed Massage Therapist, giving her a unique technique and insight into her patients’ pain and wellbeing.

Dr. Wodka greatly values science and education, which fuels her desire to always be equipped with the most up to date and available research at her disposal. This is to continually bolster her proficiency as a physician, and to better treat her patients, giving them a better quality of life.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Wodka enjoys spending time with her friends and fiancé, playing video and board games, traveling, spending time outdoors, and cuddling her two cat children: Nova and Sylvie.

Dr. Mary Kikilas earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences with dual minors in Biology and Health from Bradley University in Peoria, IL, providing her with a strong foundation in evidence-based care.

Dr. Kikilas is certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT) and has advanced training through the Motion Palpation Institute, RockTape, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) techniques. She has completed advanced coursework toward certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician, enhancing her knowledge in athletic performance and injury prevention.

Passionate about helping patients achieve optimal health and mobility, Dr. Kikilas combines clinical precision with a personalized approach to care. Her commitment to continuing education ensures that patients receive the most effective, research-driven treatments available.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Kikilas enjoys running, weightlifting, outdoor activities, and cherishing time with her nieces and nephews—bringing the same energy and dedication to her personal life as she does to her practice.

Gary Pecho graduated Cum Laude from the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in 2009. He holds a Master of Science degree in Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition. Gary is an active member of the American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM) and the Illinois Association of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (ILAAOM). He has over 14 years of clinical experience in the treatment and prevention of disease with Acupuncture and herbal formulas. Gary is particularly interested in the treatment of infertility, low back pain, pain conditions, pain management, sports medicine, psycho-emotional disorders, stress and anxiety and pediatric complaints.

Gary’s interest in nutrition and weight management stems from a life-long love of cooking (and eating) nutritious, well-balanced meals. This passion led him to England, where he pursued and achieved a Culinary Arts degree from City and Guilds of London. Gary opened a successful bed and breakfast, a pub, and a restaurant in the Channel Islands, Jersey, England-where he was also the chef. He enjoys combining this practical knowledge and experience with his studies in nutritional therapy to help clients use food as medicine to prevent and treat disease.
